Intro The Mark Bavis Leadership Foundation was established to support promising young men and women as they strive to better themselves, their schools, and their communities. Eligibility and Selection Criteria - Open to any high school student who resides in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. - Awards are determined primarily by financial need; academic performance is not a criterion. - Preference will be given to applicants who have actively contributed to their community or demonstrated leadership within their school or local area.
